A cancellation is only possible as long as we have not yet processed and shipped your order. If this is the case, please contact us by phone or email: info@questsystem.de with our customer service.

We offer online payments (e.g., quick transfer) as well as traditional bank transfer. We ship packages via courier service. Detailed information on costs and delivery times can be found on the [Shipping and Payment] page.

No, you can shop as a guest. However, an account allows you to track your order history, speeds up future purchases, and provides exclusive discounts for repeat customers.

The delivery time is 3–5 business days.
If the delivery time is extended, e.g., due to high seasonal order volume, you will of course be informed.

In principle, it is not possible for us to change the address for an already placed order.
If you notice immediately after placing the order that there is an error in your billing and delivery address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to implement the necessary changes.

If your shipment has not been delivered within the specified delivery period as expected, we ask you to wait one or two more business days. Shipments usually arrive on time or very shortly after the expected delivery time.

Products made from polypropylene (PP) are resistant to everyday chemicals.

Our containers are made from high-quality polypropylene (PP). This material is resistant to mechanical damage, deformation, and the effects of many chemicals such as lubricants, oils, or solvents. It ensures the longevity of the products even under demanding workshop conditions.

Each Quest container is designed in a modular system. The elements can be connected vertically by sliding one container into another (they lock securely via special nubs), as well as horizontally – with connecting pins that join adjacent modules into a rigid set. This allows you to build your own configurations – from small sets to complete shelves – without additional frames or tools.

Yes. The material is moisture- and temperature-resistant, making them ideal for garages, basements, workshops, or utility rooms. They do not lose their properties or color over time.

All QuestSystem products are 100% manufactured in Poland and offer the highest quality.

It's very simple. The containers are attached directly with suitable screws to the wall, OSB board, or gypsum board.
